What data we collect
We collect contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you reach out, request information or create an account. We also collect site and portal usage data: pages visited, housing searches, device and basic technical data needed to run the service.

Residents
If you're a resident, we manage in the portal the data needed for your relationship with the building: payments, maintenance requests and your lease documents. This data is used to operate your home and is made available to the building operator that serves you.
Operators and buildings
Operators use the portal to manage their buildings, units, residents and requests. We process operator and building data to enable that management and to provide the product's features.
ELARA: informational assistance
ELARA is an assistant that offers information and guidance within TwinTown. It is informational assistance, not decision-making: it does not make binding decisions nor replace the building operator. Any action with real effects (payments, approvals, contracts) is confirmed by a responsible person.
Who we share data with
We share data with the building operator that manages your home and with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting, analytics or payments), always under agreements that require confidentiality and use limited to delivering the service. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification and its deletion, and object to certain processing. We will handle your request in line with applicable law.
