Payments and requests are managed through the building operator that serves you. The specific financial terms depend on your relationship with that operator.

ELARA offers information and guidance within TwinTown. It is informational assistance, not professional advice nor a binding decision: it does not replace the operator or an advisor. Always verify the information before making decisions.
Intellectual property
The site, the portals, the brand and their content belong to TwinTown or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than use of the service in line with these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions, maintenance or changes to features. We may update the service and these terms; the current version is published on this page.
Limitation of liability
